Reporting a problem
The more of this you can include, the faster we can fix it:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Your device and OS version — for example “iPhone 14, iOS 18.2”.
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the Profile tab.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
Common questions
I did not get the verification email
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, you can trigger a new one from the banner at the top of your profile. Verification links expire, so use the most recent email.
My mileage will not save
Odometer readings cannot go backwards — a new reading has to be equal to or higher than the last one recorded for that vehicle. If you entered a wrong reading earlier, edit or delete that entry first, then add the new one.
I want my data
Email us and we will send you a copy of everything associated with your account.
I want my account gone
